As a key point of contact for billing matters, you will drive issue resolution, maintain strong invoice governance and support working capital performance through effective collection strategies and stakeholder engagement across regions. In addition, you will drive improvements in cash collections, monitor receivables and provide visibility into collection forecasts, payment risks and ageing trends. The successful candidate will also play a pivotal role in enhancing billing and accounts receivable processes through ERP optimisation, automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
