The successful candidate will be responsible for providing Level 1 onsite IT support to users across the organization, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.</p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Role</span></strong></p><ul><li>Provide Level 1 technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve end-user incidents via phone, email, or in-person.</li><li>Install, configure, and maintain user devices including laptops, desktops, and peripherals.</li><li>Support video conferencing systems, printers, and other IT equipment.</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and IT assets.</li><li>Escalate complex technical issues to Level 2/3 teams when required.</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with regional/global IT teams to ensure compliance with corporate IT standards and policies.</li></ul><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">:</span></p><ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.</li><li>3-5 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk environment.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows, Microsoft 365, and common business applications.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.</li><li>Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi) is a strong plus.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle multiple priorities.</li></ul><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Apply Today</span></strong></p>Please send your resume, in WORD format only and quote reference number <strong>DC13317097</strong>, by clicking the apply button.
