Alongside your core responsibilities, you will also be encouraged to drive continuous improvement in the payroll space, as well as involvement with various interesting projects. An element of this will require partnership with HR to ensure the integrity of policy documentation and templates. <br /> <br /><strong>Your profile:</strong></p><p>We are looking for an experienced operator who understands the various intricacies of payroll legislation, especially in a complex and fast-changing environment (think Unions and Collective Agreements). It is highly likely that you have experience improving payroll processes and policies/a continuous improvement mindset and someone who likes to challenge the status quo.
