Responsibilities include managing service requests and incidents while delivering Level 1 and Level 2 technical support.</p><p>As a contractor, you will provide essential coverage during staff absences and contribute to ongoing IT stability. You'll need to be versatile, proactive, and confident working both autonomously and in a team.
