  • <p><strong>The Company</strong><br />This is a well-established property development group involved in a wide range of residential and commercial projects. With multiple business units and joint ventures, the company offers a dynamic environment ideal for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and working across different areas of the business. This is a contract to cover someone who is going on maternity leave with potential to go permanent for the right person.</p><p><strong>The Role</strong> <br />Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will also provide key support to other internal stakeholders. This is a broad, hands-on position that plays a critical role in the smooth operation of the business and will include accounts and administration work. Your responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>Reconcile corporate credit cards and accurately allocate expenses across multiple entities</li><li>Manage petty cash, staff reimbursements, and ensure accurate entity-specific expense coding</li><li>Support month-end close processes, including payroll coordination and expense reporting Draft and maintain corporate documentation, including board resolutions and shareholder meeting minutes</li><li>Communicate with suppliers to resolve invoicing issues and discrepancies</li><li>Coordinate insurance claims and handle associated administrative requirements</li><li>Maintain well-organised digital and physical records (e.g., contracts, deeds, and invoices)</li><li>Provide general administrative support, including reception duties and ad hoc assistance to senior management</li></ul><p><strong>Your profile:</strong> <br />We're looking for someone with proven experience in both accounting and admin who's confident juggling a variety of tasks. You'll take ownership of your work, adapt easily to changing priorities, and pitch in wherever needed.
