You'll play a key part in helping customers optimise their financial processes through their ERP system.<br /><br />Key responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Assess current workflows, identify gaps, and recommend improvements aligned with ERP capabilities.</li><li>Work closely with finance teams, educating customers on best use of the system and answering common finance‑related queries.</li><li>Gather and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and solution designs.</li><li>Support testing activities, including developing test plans, executing tests, logging issues, and working with internal development or product support teams as needed.</li><li>Provide Level 2/3 support, diagnosing complex issues and coordinating with vendors for timely resolution.</li></ul><p><strong>What You'll Bring</strong></p><ul><li>3 - 5 years' ERP consultancy experience</li><li>Experience with one or more ERP platforms (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Pronto Xi, NetSuite)</li><li>Proven experience working directly with clients</li><li>This role is a hybrid role based in Grafton at three days a week.
