Its really an outcome focused manager that this role will report to and a mature team that are self managing.<br /><br /><strong>The Role</strong><br />The role of Senior Financial Accountant will report to the Financial Controller and be responsible for the following:</p><ul><li>Preparation of monthly financial statements, including inventory analysis and reporting thereon.</li><li>Intercompany transfer pricing calculations</li><li>Preparation of the tax returns for NZ and Australia, partnering with the external Advisors</li><li>Preparation of the Annual statutory accounts</li><li>Reconciliations of finished goods stock, goods in transit & intercompany transactions</li><li>Maintenance of the fixed asset register & processing depreciation</li><li>Reporting on debtors and provisions as well as FX revaluations</li><li>Back up for payroll (which can be learned)</li><li>Process improvement focuses</li></ul><p><strong>Your Profile</strong><br />My client is looking for an individual who has an enquiring mind who can work with the business. You will be someone that enjoys partnering with the guys in the warehouse and procurement, sales and other teams to really understand the business.
