The Role This is a Business Analyst - Compliance & Documentation position focused on supporting ISO certification, operational governance, and ongoing compliance processes across the business. The role is heavily documentation and process-driven in nature, centred around maintaining and improving internal standards tied to ISO 27001 and broader operational compliance initiatives. You'll be involved in:<ul><li>Documentation management and process improvement</li><li>Policy reviews and quality reviews</li><li>Risk and compliance documentation tracking</li><li>Supporting audit and certification activities</li><li>Coordinating operational and governance-related updates across teams</li><li>Maintaining accurate and structured business records and procedures</li></ul>The role works cross-functionally with internal operational teams, development teams, external consultants, and third-party providers, requiring someone who is highly organised, proactive, and comfortable following through on moving pieces without needing constant direction. This is not a deeply technical software BA role, nor is it aimed at a senior ISO consultant.
