You'll ideally have:</p><ul><li>5+ years' experience across financial accounting, finance operations, projects or process improvement, ideally within a medium to large business.</li><li>Strong technical accounting fundamentals, with experience across reconciliations, AP/AR, inventory and financial controls.</li><li>A proven track record of reviewing and improving finance processes, including taking ideas from concept through to implementation.</li><li>Strong systems and technology capability, including advanced Excel and experience working with ERP/reporting systems.
