This role requires someone who can be on site in Morrinsville (Waikato) 3 days / week and work from home 2 days / week.</p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>Supporting the Infrastructure lead from a technical perspective, you will be charged with working through a range of infrastructure projects alongside BAU / operational requirements. This is the key escalation point for the support teams, so being able to mentor and guide junior staff members will also be highly beneficial.</p><p>This person will be supporting, configuring and administering:</p><ul><li>Windows Server 2008 - current, with patching</li><li>Authentication (legacy and EntraID)</li><li>Azure</li><li>Hyper-V</li><li>Backups with Veeam, M365 and SQL</li><li>Network troubleshooting</li><li>Exchange (legacy and M365)</li><li>Security/Permissions across all services</li></ul><p>You need to be happy to troubleshoot confidentially with some older systems (think 2008 Window servers), and be happy implementing PowerShell scripts to automate processes.
