The Role I am looking for a Finance Business Partner who can operate at a senior level, bringing commercial insight and influence to support strategic decision-making. In this role, you will partner with operational leaders, translate complex data into actionable recommendations, and help drive performance across a business navigating growth. The role offers the opportunity to shape systems, processes, and reporting, while playing a key part in delivering long-term business impact. Some of your key responsibilities will include: <ul><li>Analysis of monthly results and partnering with non-finance leaders to shape performance</li><li>Budgeting and forecasting work</li><li>Commercial oversight and analysis of key contracts, as well as new product and work proposals</li><li>Financial modelling, including scenario analysis and ROI calculations</li><li>Analysis of cost of sales, margin and other performance-based metrics</li><li>Extensive partnering with operational staff</li><li>Other ad hoc work as required</li></ul> Your Profile The key thing here is that you want to work in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment where you can think on your feet.
