This is a highly visible role focused on profitability analysis, forecasting, commercial insights and strategic decision support. You will partner closely with stakeholders across sales, marketing, operations and leadership teams to help drive performance and influence commercial outcomes. Key responsibilities include:<ul><li>Analysing product and channel profitability against forecast and budget expectations</li><li>Providing commercial insights and recommendations to support decision making</li><li>Supporting forecasting activities across revenue, trade spend, gross margin and operating performance</li><li>Delivering monthly reporting, dashboards and performance analysis for senior leaders</li><li>Building and enhancing financial models to support pricing, business cases and strategic initiatives</li><li>Supporting new product development and portfolio optimisation decisions through robust financial analysis</li><li>Partnering with stakeholders to improve financial understanding and commercial acumen across the business</li><li>Contributing to budgeting and long-range planning activities</li><li>Identifying opportunities for process improvement and acting as a proactive driver of change</li><li>Supporting capital investment analysis, ROI assessments and strategic projects as required</li></ul>This role will suit someone who enjoys working closely with the business, challenging assumptions, and translating financial data into meaningful commercial insight. Your Profile My client is looking for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys partnering with the wider business and contributing to operational and strategic decision making. You will bring experience within a commercial finance, management accounting or finance business partnering environment and be comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. While a CA, CPA or CIMA qualification would be advantageous, it is not essential for the right person.
