This role has arisen due to a staff member relocating; this is a 3-6 month contract that could go permanent for the right person.</p><p><strong>The Role</strong> <br />The role of the Finance Officer reports directly to the Finance Manager who is well tenured and has been with the business for a long period of time. You will have plenty of support and knowledge around you.</p><p>Your duties will include:</p><ul><li>Daily and monthly banking reconciliations</li><li>End to end Accounts Receivable completion</li><li>Daily use of advanced excel tools such as XLOOKUPS & Power Queries</li><li>Using excel to reconcile financial data</li><li>Complex formulas and reconciliations (SUMIFS, pivot tables etc)</li><li>Fixed Asset management</li><li>Assisting with administration around vehicle related requests and picking of stock daily</li><li>Ad hoc duties as requested</li></ul><p><strong>Your profile:</strong></p><p>Experience with a large ERP system is essential (SAP, D365, NetSuite, Oracle etc) and you will have advanced excel skills.
