Robert Half named to inaugural 2025 New Zealand’s Best Workplaces™ by Great Place to Work®
Sydney, 18 September 2025 - Robert Half is proud to be recognised as one of New Zealand’s Best Workplaces™ 2025, ranking number three for small companies in New Zealand and the highest-ranking recruitment firm nationally in this category. With only 20 companies recognised on the inaugural list, this prestigious accolade celebrates organisations that set the benchmark for creating exceptional culture and employee experiences across the nation.
As part of the application process, Robert Half employees participated in a nationwide Employee Engagement Survey which found 100% of employees say they feel proud to work at Robert Half - a remarkable testament to organisation’s ongoing efforts to foster a culture where everyone feels valued, supported and inspired to do their best work.
In announcing the award, David Jones, Senior Managing Director of Robert Half APAC said, “Our people are our greatest strength. We strive to cultivate a workplace where every individual feels empowered to bring their unique talents, ideas, and perspectives to the table. From recognising annual Māori traditions such as Matariki and the signing of Te Tirit o Waitangi, to giving back to the community through our toy and food drive for Auckland City Mission, we believe that fostering a culture of integrity, inclusion, innovation, and commitment to success is essential to our accomplishments.
“The recognition that Robert Half is part of New Zealand’s Best Workplaces 2025 reflects the culture that each of our employees has helped to establish and maintain, and we are proud to showcase the excellent work they do for our people, our customers, and the communities where we operate.”
The Great Place to Work methodology is one based on building a high-trust workplace culture that can be a great workplace For All TM. The Best Workplaces badge – a globally recognised accolade – is awarded to CertifiedTM companies with a high-trust, high-performance workplace culture. This is evaluated through the Great Place to Work® Trust Index™ survey data which measures the three key relationships that drive an employee’s experience in their workplace—relationships with management, colleagues, and their job. The Trust Index score represents the percentage of employees who consider their company to be a great workplace and is an indicator of their actual workplace experience.
