In this role, you'll support the implementation, monitoring, and enhancement of the company's AML compliance controls to ensure full adherence to regulatory and internal requirements. From developing robust quality assurance frameworks to conducting in-depth data analysis, you'll be at the forefront of creating safer and more compliant operational processes.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Role</span></strong></p><ul><li>Support the Compliance AML Team Lead in reviewing AML controls and ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements.</li><li>Assist in developing, maintaining, and enhancing robust compliance testing frameworks.</li><li>Design comprehensive testing methodologies and implement QA programs to assess the effectiveness of FCC processes across various departments, including 2<sup>nd</sup> line of defense: Name screening, Customer due diligence, Premium collection, Transaction monitoring, AML data quality</li><li>Prepare clear, detailed QA reports highlighting key findings, insights, and actionable recommendations.</li><li>Monitor deadlines and follow up on management responses, remediation actions, and ongoing improvements.</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><ul><li>Degree holder in Accounting, Business, Insurance, Risk Management, or related disciplines.</li><li>Minimum <strong>5+ years of insurance industry experience</strong> with strong knowledge of AML compliance requirements.</li><li>Solid understanding of relevant insurance-related legislation and the regulatory environments in <strong>Hong Kong and Bermuda</strong>.</li><li>Hands-on experience with AML systems, data quality reviews, and AML-related data analysis.</li><li>Programming knowledge in <strong>Python, VBA, or SQL</strong> is a strong advantage.</li><li>Detail-oriented with excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and research skills.</li><li>Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and address key compliance issues.</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Apply Today </span></strong></p><p>To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
