As part of its preparation for a potential US stock exchange listing, the company is strengthening its finance leadership team to support both day-to-day operations and listing readiness.</p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>The Role</strong></span><br />Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance, this Senior Finance Manager will act as his right-hand partner. You will support BAU finance operations, manage external audit interactions, handle technical accounting matters, and contribute to listing readiness work. The environment is fast-paced, tech-driven, and highly regional.</p><p><br />Key responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Oversee BAU finance activities across HK, TW, SEA, and China.</li><li>Manage external audit processes and audit deliverables.</li><li>Strengthen financial controls, reporting accuracy, and governance.</li><li>Support US-listing preparation (documentation, policies, SEC-aligned standards).</li><li>Lead or support FP&A tasks including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.</li><li>Collaborate with regional stakeholders in a dynamic tech culture.</li></ul><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><ul><li>Experience as Finance Manager or Senior Manager in HK-listed companies.</li><li>Strong FP&A exposure.</li><li>Solid technical accounting, able to handle auditors confidently.</li><li>Understanding of SEC reporting is a strong advantage.</li><li>Open to Big 4 Senior Manager / Director level candidates.</li><li>Agile, sharp, and adaptable to a tech‑driven regional environment.</li><li>Languages: English & Mandarin preferred; Cantonese optional.</li><li>Experience working with teams across SEA, China, HK.</li></ul><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Apply Today</strong></span> <br />To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
