The role focuses on hands-on system execution, troubleshooting, and post-go-live stabilization, working closely with global IT, finance teams, and business users to deliver a stable, compliant, and business-ready deployment.</p><p> </p><ul><li>Support the deployment of SAP S/4HANA Finance across the regional offices (China, Hong Kong, Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar) under the global transformation programme</li><li>Work with global IT, SAP teams, and local finance users to ensure system readiness and compliance with global templates</li><li>Configure, validate, and test SAP Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Assets, Taxes, Intercompany)</li><li>Ensure local accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements are accurately reflected in SAP</li><li>Develop and execute test scripts for system, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)</li><li>Prepare and validate test data, opening balances, and master data in collaboration with key business users</li><li>Support cutover, go-live, and hypercare phases with hands-on troubleshooting and coordination with global support teams</li><li>Identify, document, and resolve issues related to system configuration, data, and finance processes</li><li>Monitor finance operations post go-live, ensuring smooth month-end close, reporting, and daily transactions</li><li>Assist in process documentation, training, and adoption of new SAP functionalities</li><li>Collaborate closely with local finance, IT, and global project teams to deliver a stable and aligned finance solution</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field</li><li>Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Finance, including S/4HANA and Fiori</li><li>In-depth knowledge of key modules: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Taxes, FX, and Month-End Close</li><li>Experience supporting finance operations across multiple APAC countries, especially China and Hong Kong</li><li>Strong understanding of local tax, statutory, and reporting compliance requirements</li><li>Proven ability to work effectively between IT and Finance teams to resolve functional issues</li><li>Experience in testing, data validation, and finance cutover support in SAP projects</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills</li><li>Team player with excellent communication and coordination abilities</li><li>Experience in the fashion or manufacturing industry is an advantage</li><li>Fluent in English and Chinese</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Apply Today </span></strong></p><p>To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
