- <p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Company</span></strong></p><p>Global and reputable bank.</p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Role</span></strong></p><ul><li>Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for banking application projects</li><li>Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for development and delivery teams</li><li>Support end-to-end project lifecycle including requirement definition, solution design, UAT, and post-implementation support hookup</li><li>Act as a key liaison between regional business users, IT teams, and external vendors</li><li>Ensure solutions align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and internal technology standards</li><li>Prepare documentation such as BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, and test cases</li></ul><ul><li>Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with regional stakeholders</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><ul><li>4+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably in banking or financial services</li><li>Hands-on experience working on banking applications (e.g., retail banking, corporate banking, digital channels, core systems, or risk platforms)</li><li>Exposure to regional or multi-market projects is highly preferred</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to work with both technical and non-technical teams</li><li>Experience in requirements gathering, system analysis, and UAT support</li><li>Familiar with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">A</span></strong><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">pply Today </span></strong></p><p>To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
