<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>The Company</strong></span><br />We are seeking an experienced IT operation Manager for one of our clients to ensure daily IT operation.</p><p> </p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>The Role</strong></span></p><ul><li>Oversee IT Operation Management in all aspects including Business Continuity Planning, Disaster Recovery design/drill/planning, Capacity Planning, Release Management, Service Request workflow/development, Cost optimization, Budget, IT standard/guidelines, etc.</li><li>Lead a team of professionals to perform the team's deliverables.</li><li>Liaise with other IT teams and business departments to facilitate the smooth run of IT Operations.</li><li>Review operating costs, develop control plan and identify cost reduction opportunities.</li><li>Regular track cloud bases operation cost and develop reports.</li><li>Review and liaise with teams to conduct BCP plan for IT department.</li><li>Planning, scheduling, deploying, and controlling IT enterprise software releases to ensure the success of the new applications rollout and/or software upgrades requested by the business while maintaining the integrity of the existing production environment.</li><li>Lead the IT Disaster Recovery drill activities, fulfill regulatory requirements, provide reports and work with business continuity department.</li><li>Lead the capacity planning exercise for budget, business demands and right sizing of IT infrastructure.</li><li>Drive process improvements, automation, standardization, and documentation for all IT operation management areas.</li><li>Act as a contact point for all IT Operation Management affairs.</li><li>Oversee service request form design, development and implementation under the IT service management platform.</li><li>Review and track the service request operation, identify any gap in the entire request process, fix and mitigate any identified issue.</li></ul><p> </p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Your Profile</strong></span></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.</li><li>At least 10 years working experience in IT Operation Management in financial or banking industry with at least 5 years team management experience.</li><li>Experience in coordination work with application developers, IT production support and business department is a must.</li><li>Experience in handling budget, cost control and financial figures for IT infrastructure is a must.</li><li>Experience in evaluating IT cloud infrastructure cost is a plus.</li><li>Experience in implementing IT Service Management process for a sizable organization with experience in Capacity Planning, Service Request, Release and automation tools is a plus.</li><li>Strong in coordination and communication skills with all parties at all levels within an organization.</li><li>Need to provide support during non-office hours but not very frequent.</li><li>A strong problem solver who is able to take initiatives in problem solving.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to effectively tailor communication of technical issues to various audiences.</li></ul><p><br /><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Apply Today</strong></span> <br />To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
