(Portfolio is needed.)</p><p><br /><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>The Role</strong></span></p><ul><li>Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs and pain points within the policy enquiry process.</li><li>Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that clearly communicate design ideas and user flows.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure desirable and feasible designs that meet technical constraints.</li><li>Perform UAT and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.</li><li>Support change management and agency engagement for project launch and ongoing communication</li><li>Create and maintain design specifications and style guides that align with our brand identity.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance our products.</li></ul><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience (3+ years) as a UX/UI Designer, with a portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects.</li><li>Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.</li><li>Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and accessibility standards.</li><li>Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.</li><li>Experience in insurance industry is preferred.</li><li>Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively.</li></ul><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Apply Today</strong></span> <br />To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
