The Role<ul><li>Serve as a professional representative of the firm in all written and verbal communications with internal teams and external parties, including current and potential investors, partners, fund board members, and various service providers.</li><li>Oversee and coordinate Due Diligence requests from prospects, existing clients, and counterparties, acting as the central contact to gather inputs and information from across the organization.</li><li>Gradually take on responsibility for attending and representing the firm in business discussions and meetings.</li><li>Support client onboarding and ongoing relationship management as part of the team, beginning from initial investor interest through the full lifecycle of the client relationship.</li><li>Support new product ideas by doing basic research and simple analysis.</li><li>Assist various day‑to‑day projects and tasks related to the firm's operations or funds.</li><li>Help manage and update the firm's client database</li></ul> Your Profile<ul><li>Bachelor's degree or higher with approximately 3-5 years' finance experience.</li><li>Graduates from top universities highly preferred.</li><li>Native English speaker.</li><li>Strong project management experience.</li><li>Open to candidates from any finance background.</li><li>Presentable with excellent client service and communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF, and Excel.</li><li>Client-centric, proactive, reliable, and collaborative mindset with excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills; high attention to detail, ethical, organized, adaptable, and thrives in fast-paced environments.</li></ul> Apply Today To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
