<p style="display: inline !important;"><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Company</span></strong><br />We are looking for a highly experienced Tech Lead for a Top Tier Bank. The Data Lead is responsible for data strategy, data quality, and data readiness for onboarding the insurer into the bank's custody ecosystem. This role ensures that all static, transactional, and reporting data is correctly defined, mapped, validated, and reconciled to support a smooth operational go-live.<br />The role works closely with the Technology Lead, Ops SMEs, and client data teams.</p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Role</span></strong></p><ul><li>Lead data workstream for insurer onboarding into custody services</li><li>Define and manage data scope across custody, cash, fund services, and TA</li><li>Own data mapping for static, transactional, position, and reporting data</li><li>Partner with tech and ops teams to design and validate data feeds</li><li>Drive data quality, reconciliation, and exception management</li><li>Lead data validation during SIT, dry runs, and end-to-end testing</li><li>Support data cutover, go-live, and hypercare stabilization</li><li>Act as primary data escalation point for the program</li></ul><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Your Profile</strong></span></p><ul><li>8-12+ years' experience in custody or fund services data roles</li><li>Strong exposure to client onboarding or migration programs</li><li>Deep understanding of custody and investment data structures</li><li>Hands-on experience working with ops SMEs (trustee, fund admin, TA)</li><li>Strong data reconciliation and reporting knowledge</li><li>Practical, delivery-driven, and detail-oriented</li></ul><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Apply Today</strong></span> <br />To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
