You will oversee project budgets, track PnL performance, and ensure that all IT spending aligns with accounting standards and corporate financial goals. The programme has high visibility and strong sponsorship from senior leadership, with ambitious timelines and delivery expectations.</p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Role</span></strong><br />You will lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale HRIS implementation covering Hong Kong and Taiwan, with systems including PeopleSoft and ServiceNow. The project is currently underway and requires an experienced Project Manager to stabilise delivery, advise senior stakeholders, and manage multiple vendors.</p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Key responsibilities include:</span></strong></p><ul><li>Own delivery plan, recovery actions, and governance</li><li>Manage vendors/implementation partners and cross-functional teams</li><li>Drive project governance, risk/issue management, and reporting</li><li>Advise sponsors and senior stakeholders on risks and decisions</li><li>Ensure milestones are delivered on time and within approved budget</li></ul><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Working arrangement:</span></strong> Onsite in Hong Kong (Olympian City).
