In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation, administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of our mission-critical enterprise network. You will ensure high network availability, strong security, and peak performance across our Cisco routing, switching, and security environments.</p><p> </p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>The Role</strong></span></p><p> </p><p> </p><ul><li>Network Operations: Monitor, maintain, and support high-availability LAN/WAN, data center, and wireless networks across mega-project sites.</li><li>Incident Management: Handle escalation requests, troubleshoot network issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and resolve outages efficiently.</li><li>Cisco Administration: Deploy, configure, and manage Cisco hardware including Nexus and Catalyst switches, routers, Firepower/ASA firewalls, and wireless systems.</li><li>Proactive Monitoring: Use network monitoring tools to track performance, identify bottlenecks, apply security patches, and perform routine updates.</li><li>Change Execution: Plan and implement scheduled maintenance, firmware upgrades, and network changes to minimize operational impact.</li><li>Documentation & On-Call: Maintain up-to-date network topologies, standard operating procedures, and inventory while participating in an on-call rotation.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><ul><li>Experience: 3-5+ years of hands-on network operations and engineering experience in enterprise, industrial, or critical infrastructure environments.</li><li>Cisco Expertise: Strong working knowledge of Cisco IOS, IOS-XE, and NX-OS platforms.</li><li>Networking Protocols: Solid understanding of BGP, OSPF, STP, VLANs, IPsec VPNs, NAT, and network segmentation.</li><li>Certifications: CCNA required; CCNP Enterprise or Security highly regarded.</li><li>Technical Tools: Familiarity with network monitoring solutions (e.g., SolarWinds, Cisco DNA Center), Wireshark, and enterprise ticketing platforms.</li><li>Operational Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, disciplined change-management habits, and clear communication skills.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Apply Today </span></strong></p><p>To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
