They are looking to hire a driven and responsible professional to join the team. The firm currently has approximately 50 employees and is looking for an experienced HR professional to lead the people function and partner closely with senior management.</p><p> </p><p>This role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities including HR business partnering, culture building, organizational development, employee engagement and retention, talent management, HR operations, and employment compliance.</p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Key Functions:</span></strong></p><ul><li><strong>HR Business Partnership</strong>: Collaborate with senior leaders on people-related initiatives, workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness to support business objectives.</li><li><strong>Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding</strong>: Drive end-to-end recruitment activities, develop hiring strategies, manage onboarding programs, and support initiatives that strengthen employee attraction and retention.</li><li><strong>Employee Experience & Culture</strong>: Foster a positive and high-performing workplace culture through engagement programs, employee feedback initiatives, and performance-driven people practices.</li><li><strong>Performance Management</strong>: Lead performance review cycles, support career development discussions, provide guidance on employee performance matters, and help managers develop high-performing teams.</li><li><strong>Compensation & Benefits</strong>: Oversee payroll coordination, employee benefits administration, reward programs, salary reviews, and market benchmarking activities.</li><li><strong>Learning & Development</strong>: Design and implement training initiatives, leadership development programs, and learning opportunities to support employee growth and long-term talent development.</li><li><strong>HR Operations & Administration</strong>: Manage employee records, HR systems, policies, procedures, reporting, and documentation while ensuring operational efficiency and data accuracy.</li><li><strong>Employee Lifecycle Management</strong>: Support all stages of the employee journey, including onboarding, internal mobility, promotions, transfers, and departures.</li><li><strong>Compliance & Governance</strong>: Ensure HR policies and practices remain aligned with employment regulations and internal governance requirements across relevant locations.</li><li><strong>People Analytics & Reporting</strong>: Provide workforce insights, headcount reporting, management dashboards, and support internal reviews through data-driven HR analysis.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources</li><li>10+ years of HR experience, including leadership or management responsibilities.</li><li>Well-rounded HR experience covering talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR operations.</li><li>Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices.</li><li>Previous experience in financial services, professional services, or other fast-paced corporate environments would be advantageous.</li><li>Experience supporting multiple locations or regional teams is preferred.</li><li>Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.</li><li>Comfortable working in a hands-on environment where both strategic thinking and day-to-day execution are required.</li><li>Advanced communication skills with excellent written and spoken English.</li></ul><ul><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR-related systems.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Apply Today </span></strong></p><p>To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
