<p><strong>The Company</strong><br />Leading Bank in HK</p><p> </p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee trade dealing & execution (subscriptions, redemptions, switches), NAV cut off controls, price checks, and exception handling.</li><li>Manage investor registration & static data (account opening/maintenance, documentation, standing instructions, FATCA/CRS classification & reporting).</li><li>Supervise cash & settlements, reconciliations, trailer/commission processing, and outstanding items resolution.</li><li>Ensure accurate reporting & statements (contract notes, confirmations, periodic statements) and timely response to distributor/investor queries.</li><li>Manage a high performing team: hiring, onboarding, mentoring, coaching, and career development</li><li>Act as operational point of contact for fund managers, distributors, custodians, and platform partners.</li><li>Run service reviews, handle complex escalations, and ensure SLA/KPI delivery with transparency and proactive communication.</li><li>Partner with Compliance, Risk, Technology, Product, and Finance to resolve issues and deliver change.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Your Profile</strong></p><ul><li>8-12+ years in Transfer Agency / Investor Services (buy side, administrator, or securities services), with 3-5+ years team leadership.</li><li>Strong knowledge of TA processes (dealing, registration, cash, reconciliations, trailer/commission, reporting) and multi jurisdiction operations.</li><li>Demonstrated experience with AML/KYC for investors/distributors and FATCA/CRS obligations.</li><li>Proven track record managing SLAs/KPIs, resolving escalations, and strengthening control environments.</li><li>Hands on with TA/registrar platforms and workflow tools (any major TA system), and strong Excel/MI skills.</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management, written/oral communication, and decision making under pressure.</li></ul><p><br /><strong>Apply Today</strong><br />To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
