  • <p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Company</span></strong></p><p>A global consultancy group is looking for a high-caliber regional HR Manager to lead and oversee the group HR functions.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Role</span></strong></p><ul><li>Lead a small team to achieve the Group's HR and people strategy aligned with long‑term business objectives</li><li>Manage payroll, compensation &amp; benefits, and statutory compliance across APAC markets</li><li>Oversee recruitment, HR operations, and employee lifecycle processes</li><li>Lead office administration, including lease management, facilities, and vendor coordination</li><li>Ensure compliance with local labour laws, immigration, and regulatory requirements</li><li>Partner with Finance on payroll closing, contributions, and payments</li><li>Drive adoption of AI tools to automate HR/Admin processes and improve efficiency</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><ul><li>8-12 years of HR generalist experience in a lean, fast-paced environment; candidates with less experience would be considered as Assistant Manager</li><li>Regional APAC exposure would be a big plus</li><li>Strong knowledge of payroll and statutory contributions (e.g. MPF, CPF, Superannuation)</li><li>Proven experience in office administration and vendor management</li><li>Demonstrated hands-on use of AI tools to improve workflows or build automation solutions</li><li>Fluent in English; Chinese language skills preferred</li></ul><ul><li>Immediate availability or short notice preferred</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Apply Today </span></strong></p><p>To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
