to, some or all of the following:</p><ul><li>Act as primary support to a team of Sales Consultants and other branch office personnel</li><li>Process compliance and payroll related paperwork as well as respond to payroll requests/queries</li><li>Entering Candidate information into Salesforce (CRM tool)</li><li>Review CVs and reformat to RH style</li><li>Answer and respond to/route telephone enquiries as appropriate</li><li>Prepare and send correspondence to candidates and clients</li><li>Check divisional mailboxes and direct mail as appropriate</li><li>Review jobs and approve for upload to websites</li><li>Adhere to RHI Compliance procedures and run regular audits to ensure all requirements are being met</li><li>Compile weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports as requested by Branch Management, Regional/District Office or other back office departments</li><li>Run searches and reports in Salesforce</li><li>Order office supplies</li><li>Organise and attend business events and branch functions</li><li>Maintain electronic candidate information</li><li>Ensure conference rooms / front of house are maintained to a high standard</li><li>Cover receptionist duties as required, which includes managing client interview process, booking couriers and taxis, greeting visitors, coordinating candidate testing.</li><li>Additionally, as required, process expense reports, track holiday/sickness, handle petty cash, support the Office Manager and manage any facilities related issues.</li><li>Other ad hoc duties as requested.</li></ul><p> </p><p><span style="text-decoration:
