The CompanyMy client is seeking a highly motivated Fund Accounting Supervisor to join a dynamic and growing team in Hong Kong. This newly created role offers the opportunity to work closely with international colleagues and support the fund accounting operations of a prestigious private equity client. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery, acting as the primary contact point for now in HK. The Role<ul><li>Perform accounting functions for private equity funds, including preparation of financial statements (IFRS/US GAAP), NAV calculations, and capital call processes.</li><li>Maintain accounting records and ensure compliance with relevant standards and policies.</li><li>Act as the primary contact point for fund accounting inquiries and requests, delivering exceptional client service with responsiveness and attention to detail.</li><li>Collaborate closely with overseas fund accounting teams to ensure seamless support despite time zone differences.</li><li>Prepare and review wire payments related to fund operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with banking requirements.</li><li>Work with internal and external auditors to provide necessary documentation and address audit queries.</li><li>Compliance and Regulations:</li><li>Stay updated on AML regulations, IT policies, and GDPR standards, ensuring adherence in all processes.</li><li>Identify opportunities to enhance procedures and improve overall efficiency and client experience.</li><li>Work closely with regional leadership and international teams to support the smooth operation of fund accounting services.</li></ul> Your Profile<ul><li>Minimum 3-4 years of experience in fund accounting or fund audit, with a strong focus on private equity funds.</li><li>PE fund services candidates would be ideal, Big 4 Senior Associate (PE fund audit) candidates will also be considered</li><li>Language Skills: Fluent in English and Cantonese, both written and spoken.:</li><li>Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><ul><li>Willingness to accommodate early morning or late-night calls to coordinate with overseas teams </li></ul> Apply Today To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
