<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>The Company</strong></span><br />One of our cleint, a leading fintech company is seeking a detailed-oriented Senior Analyst Programmer to join our team.</p><p> </p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>The Role</strong></span></p><ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java-based applications and services to support business objectives.</li><li>Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, system design, coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders) to gather requirements, propose technical solutions, and deliver features on time with high quality.</li><li>Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.</li><li>Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability through profiling, refactoring, and architectural improvements.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.</li></ul><p> </p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Your Profile</strong></span></p><ul><li>3 years of Java development experience, participation in large-scale projects, Bachelor's degree or above.</li><li>Solid Java foundation, excellent coding skills and good development habits, with a pursuit of technology.</li><li>Proficient in mainstream open-source frameworks and middleware technologies, such as SpringBoot/SpringCloud/MyBatis/Redis/MQ, etc., with a certain understanding of core concepts and principles.</li><li>Familiar with database technologies, such as MySQL, and knowledgeable about distributed databases and big data-related technologies.</li><li>Understand communication protocols (such as SIP, RTP, RTCP, HTTP, etc.), familiar with FreeSwitch architecture and its functional modules; candidates with FreeSwitch secondary development experience are preferred.</li><li>Proactive, with good team spirit and communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with other team members.</li><li>Proficient in Mandarin.</li></ul><p> </p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Apply Today </strong></span><br />To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
