Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.</li><li>Customer Experience Focus: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to champion exceptional customer experiences by analyzing user behavior and leveraging insights to inform project direction and enhancements.</li><li>Project Delivery and Execution: Actively manage and prioritize project tasks and timelines.
