<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Company</span></strong></p><p>A HK-listed company is seeking a seasoned HR leader to rebuild the Group HR Admin functions. </p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Role</span></strong></p><p><strong>Human Resources (HR)</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the institution's goals.</li><li>Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.</li><li>Manage employee performance appraisal systems and career development programs to enhance productivity and engagement.</li><li>Ensure compliance with labour laws, employment regulations, and internal HR policies.</li><li>Handle employee relations issues, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.</li><li>Develop and execute training programs to build employee skills and enhance organizational capacity.</li><li>Manage payroll, benefits administration, and compensation structures.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 12 years all rounded experience in HR sector; with manufacturing or logistic industry experience would be a plus</li><li>In-depth knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and employment regulations.</li><li>Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at various levels.</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Apply Today </span></strong></p><p>To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
