The Role<ul><li>Assist in designing and delivering training and development programs to bolster manpower growth and uplift agency productivity, professionalism, and leadership competencies.</li><li>Support external training vendors and internal stakeholders in organizing training programs aligned with business needs for all distribution channels and licensed staff.</li><li>Maintain and enhance the Trainer System for the Agency Channel, supporting system updates, training, events, and continuous development.</li><li>Prepare management reports and documentation to measure training program effectiveness and provide actionable insights</li></ul> Your Profile<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Human Resources, Training, Education, or Business Administration</li><li>2-3 years of experience in training coordination, program development, or a related role (experience in wealth management is an advantage)</li><li>Proficient in creating digital and print promotional materials for training programs.
