The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to our investment management business users, with a strong focus on Bloomberg terminals and other trading/investment applications. This is a critical floor support role that ensures high availability and smooth operations of technology.</p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>The Role</strong></span></p><ul><li>Provide Level 1 & Level 2 desktop support to investment management floor (Bloomberg terminal)</li><li>Install, configure, and troubleshoot Bloomberg terminals, including software updates, permissions, and hardware issues.</li><li>Offer go-live support for system rollouts and user onboarding within the investment department.</li><li>Address and resolve general queries, incidents, and service requests related to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and investment applications.</li><li>Collaborate with application teams and vendors (e.g. Bloomberg support) for escalations and advanced troubleshooting.</li><li>Maintain and track inventory of IT assets, including Bloomberg keyboards, terminals, and monitors.</li><li>Perform basic network and connectivity troubleshooting (e.g. LAN, VPN, Bloomberg private lines).</li><li>Document issues, resolutions, and processes in the ITSM platform</li><li>Support audio/visual setup for meetings, investment committee calls, and video conferences.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company security policies and best practices in all support activities.</li><li>Participate in after-hours support and critical incident handling during investment hours as needed.</li></ul><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Your Profile</strong></span></p><ul><li>3-6 years experience, preferably with exposure to investment management / asset management / trading floor environments.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Bloomberg Terminal installation, configuration, and user support.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Windows OS (10/11), Microsoft Office 365, and Active Directory troubleshooting.</li><li>Familiarity with market data systems, financial applications, and investment-specific tools.</li><li>Excellent troubleshooting skills, particularly in desktop, laptop, printer, and mobile device support.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to support high-pressure users in time-sensitive situations.</li><li>Strong English and Cantonese language skills.</li></ul><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Apply Today</strong></span> <br />To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
