<p><strong>Vacancy: Payroll &amp; Benefits Specialist (f/m/x) - </strong>We are looking for a Payroll &amp; Benefits Specialist (f/m/x) for an international company undergoing a major HR &amp; payroll transformation, in recruiting a Payroll &amp; Benefits Specialist in Lausanne (M/F/X). This is a long term role - 12 month, open to permanency, with a preferred start date of January 15th.. The support and placement as well as all of our other services are free of charge for you as an applicant.</p><p><strong>Missions</strong></p><ul><li>Manage complex Swiss payroll autonomously (including hires/leavers, bonuses, variable pay, absences, shadow payroll, LTI/RSUs, benefits in kind)</li><li>Ensure social insurance declarations, source tax, and all Swiss statutory obligations</li><li>Prepare documentation and reconciliations for internal and external audits</li><li>Respond to employee queries (payslips, social insurance, tax, annual documents, balances, counters, etc.)</li><li>Participate in organizing employee information sessions</li><li>Maintain and update employee data in the HRIS in full compliance with Swiss labor law and GDPR</li><li>Administer benefits (pension, family allowances, sickness and accident claims, etc.)</li><li>Support annual processes such as salary review, bonus review, and reporting</li><li>Contribute to the payroll migration to ADP: data preparation, testing, validation, compliance</li><li>Support the transition of HR admin services to the provider: workflows, responsibilities, processes</li><li>Assist with the local implementation of Oracle HR: Swiss configuration requirements, alignment with global teams</li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders (C&amp;B, Global HRIS, Finance, external providers) to harmonize processes</li><li>Document payroll and HR administration processes</li><li>Support ad-hoc Compensation &amp; Benefits projects (job leveling, benefits review, reporting)</li></ul><p><strong>Profil du candidat</strong></p><p>Looking to join a company offering exposure to both <strong>operational responsibilities</strong> and <strong>strategic transformation</strong>, you are curious about the profile we are seeking?</p><ul><li>You bring at least 5 years of experience in Swiss payroll within a complex environment and have strong expertise in international payroll topics, Swiss labor law, social security, taxation, and HR administration.</li><li>You are familiar with payroll and HRIS transformation projects and ideally have experience with ADP/Abacus or other HRIS solutions such as Oracle HR.</li><li>Highly rigorous, structured, autonomous, and discreet, you demonstrate excellent communication skills in English, with French or another European language considered an asset.</li></ul><p><strong> </strong><strong>Contract: long term / permanent</strong></p><p><strong>Start date: January 15th</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Are you interested by this role?</strong></p><p> </p><p>Then apply online as Payroll &amp; Benefits Specialist (f/m/x) by citing this <strong>reference number 60140-0013337803</strong>.
