<p><strong>Vacancy: Senior GL Accountant (H/F/X)</strong> - We are looking for a Senior GL Accountant (H/F/X) for our client, an international luxury goods company in Geneva, to join its finance team within a structured and growing group environment for a permanent full-time role.</p><p>The position is a direct permanent position with our customer. The support and placement as well as all of our other services are free of charge for you as an applicant.</p><p><strong>Missions</strong></p><ul><li>You take overall responsibility for day-to-day accounting operations and for timely monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities for several legal entities.</li><li>You ensure the reliability of financial statements and management reports, providing clear analyses and recommendations to finance leadership and operational teams.</li><li>You coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (controlling, tax, HR, auditors, shared service centres, operations) to resolve accounting topics and support business decisions.</li><li>You drive compliance with group policies, local regulations and internal control requirements, while continuously simplifying and improving accounting processes and tools.</li><li>You contribute to finance projects such as system or ERP evolutions, process harmonisation, integration of new activities/entities and other transformation initiatives.</li></ul><p><strong>Profil du candidat</strong></p><ul><li>You bring a solid background in accounting or finance, with several years of experience in general ledger / accounting roles, ideally within an international or multi-entity environment.</li><li>You demonstrate strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and standards (IFRS) as well as solid experience in VAT and corporate tax compliance.</li><li>You work confidently with ERP systems and Excel, and you enjoy using data and reports to understand issues, challenge figures and improve performance.</li><li>You communicate fluently in French and English, both spoken and written, and you adapt your style easily when interacting with finance and non-finance stakeholders.</li><li>You are recognised for your rigour, sense of ownership and discretion, combined with a hands-on, collaborative and solution-oriented mindset.</li><li>You organise yourself effectively in a dynamic environment, you manage priorities calmly and you are motivated by structuring, stabilising and developing growing organisations.</li></ul><p><strong>Are you interested by this role?</strong></p><p>Then apply online as a Senior GL Accountant (H/F/X) by citing this reference number 60140-0013346280 .If you have any questions, Houssine KHEYYAD from Robert Half will be happy to help you.</p><p>Robert Half GmbH traite les données des candidats qui sont nécessaires pour mener à bien le processus de candidature.
