Your days will include:</p><p>• Leading the full-cycle accounting function including month-end, financial reporting, AP, AR, payroll, fixed assets, and general ledger</p><p>• Delivering timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements that help leadership make informed decisions</p><p>• Becoming the financial expert behind our manufacturing operations by overseeing cost accounting, inventory valuation, standard costing, and variance analysis</p><p>• Working alongside plant leadership to understand production performance, margins, inventory levels, and opportunities for continuous improvement</p><p>• Strengthening internal controls, financial processes, and reporting accuracy</p><p>• Coordinating annual audits while building strong relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and banking partners</p><p>• Leading ERP enhancements, automation initiatives, and process improvement projects that make everyone's jobs easier</p><p>• Coaching and mentoring the accounting team while fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture</p><p>• Providing meaningful financial insights that help shape strategic business decisions</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p><p>You're someone who enjoys balancing technical accounting with business partnership and operational thinking.</p><p><br></p>
