This role requires a professional who is not only proficient in HR administration and local labor laws but is also a proactive problem-solver with a strong desire to challenge the status quo. The ideal candidate will be a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, manage key HR systems, and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional HR services and contribute to strategic projects.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirement Profile - Knowledge, Skills & Experiences</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field;</li><li>Experience in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role, with a focus on administrative and operational support;</li><li>Demonstrated experience with HR Information Systems (Workday), and a track record of managing and integrating with third-party platforms, such as benefit provider portals (e.g., pension, health insurance, transportation vouchers, meal vouchers);</li><li>Demonstrated experience with payroll administration and benefits management, particularly within the Brazilian labor market;</li><li>Proven track record of managing and maintaining of Workday;</li><li>Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is highly desirable;</li><li>Expertise in Brazilian labor laws and regulations, including time-off and absence management;</li><li>Proficiency in Worday;</li><li>Technical aptitude and experience with systems integration, data management, and process automation;</li><li>Advanced analytical skills and critical thinking, with intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets;</li><li>Fluent in English and Portuguese, both written and verbal.
