<p>Reports to: Senior Manager Compliance Monitoring CED<br /><br />Principal Accountabilities and Duties:<br />* Monitor compliance procedures to ensure that operational procedures, internal <br />controls, and regulatory requirement are carried out; that appropriate records <br />are maintained and available to evidence compliance and protect the company; <br />and that a pro-active approach is followed to ensure issues are identified. <br />* Undertake an ongoing compliance monitoring program in the assigned CED <br />region and conduct appropriate audits of client and candidate files, both <br />electronic and hard copy to measure compliance with industry Regulations and <br />Legal requirements. <br />* Prepare reports documenting the outcome of the audits.
