HR Officer Voor een fabrikant met diverse vestigingen zijn wij op zoek naar een HR Officer.Als HR Officer zal je pendelen tussen de vestigingen van Zedelgem en Groot-Bijgaarden. In deze rol zal je vooral focussen op administratie (minstens 50%) en hiervoor zal je nauw samenwerken met de HR Manager, aan wie je ook rapporteert. Het takenpakket: <ul><li>Je fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt voor alle medewerkers omtrent HR-topics via persoonlijke gesprekken, e-mail, telefoon en Whatsapp.</li><li>Je faciliteert de juiste registratie van alle ziektepapieren, aanvraag tot tijdskrediet,… in samenspraak met sociaal secretariaat SD Worx.</li><li>Je beheert alle administratieve taken met betrekking tot het opstellen van contracten, het bijhouden van sociale documenten en het uitvoeren van voordeelplannen.</li><li>Je neemt deelt aan diverse projecten: cafetariaplan, carpolicy,…</li><li>Je bent verantwoordelijke voor alles met betrekking tot het wagenpark.</li><li>Je ondersteunt de HR Manager bij het organiseren van trainingen, de interne communicatie, het opstellen van rapporten, wervingsopdrachten, facturatie,…</li><li>Je zal instaan voor de selectie en rekrutering van bedienden.</li><li>Je biedt ondersteuning bij evaluatie- en functioneringsgesprekken.</li><li>Je helpt ad hoc met alle (administratieve) facilitaire verplichtingen.</li></ul>Het profiel dat we zoeken:<ul><li>Je hebt reeds ervaring in een soortgelijke HR-functie.</li><li>Je bent in de mogelijkheid om je vlot te verplaatsen naar de vestigingen in Zedelgem en Groot-Bijgaarden. </li><li>Je kan vlot je weg vinden in de Belgische sociale wetgeving.</li><li>Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels, en beheerst het Frans</li><li>Je hebt een goede beheersing van Excel.</li><li>Je hebt een servicegerichte attitude, neemt initiatief en kunt op een professionele manier met vertrouwelijke informatie omgaan.</li><li>Je kunt goed luisteren naar de behoeften en problemen van werknemers en biedt hierbij de nodige HR-ondersteuning.</li><li>Je hebt een natuurlijke aanleg voor organisatie, bent verantwoordelijk en werkt op een gestructureerde manier.</li></ul>Het aanbod: <ul><li>Je ontvangt een contract van onbepaalde duur met extralegale voordelen zoals maaltijd- en ecocheques, groeps- en hospitalisatieverzekering, een gsm + abonnement en een laptop.</li><li>Naast de 20 wettelijke verlofdagen zijn er 12 ADV-dagen en een halve sectordag.</li><li>Er is een flexibel uurrooster, alsook is er thuiswerk</li><li>Het is enkel mogelijk om voltijds aan de slag te gaan.</li></ul> Interesse in deze functie?
