<p>Our client, a respected company specialized in energy and mobility solutions for transportation professionals, seeks a NL/EN Customer Service Officer for a assignment due to a specific project launch.</p><p><strong>Your Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong>Customer Focus:</strong></p><ul><li>Respond promptly to customer requests and complaints via phone and email</li><li>Manage contracts and rebates (including RFP tolls, fuel, etc.): creation, checks, modifications, and follow-up</li><li>Process orders for new customer cards and toll boxes</li><li>Navigate daily through tools such as Salesforce and other internal applications and systems.</li><li>Oversee customer portfolio management</li><li>Train customers on the use of the customer portal, and assist them with configuration of toll boxes/cards (settings & controls)</li></ul><p><strong>General Administration:</strong></p><ul><li>Handle postal mail and general email inbox</li><li>Provide sales support to sales representatives (SR/SRO)</li><li>Act as a backup for colleagues as needed</li><li>Interact continuously with other internal teams (credit, technical, and sales departments) through informal and formal meetings</li><li>Liaise regularly with headquarters on project status and tool developments</li></ul><p><strong>Network Support:</strong></p><ul><li>Offer administrative assistance to the technical manager</li><li>Carry out manual acceptance authorizations</li><li>Follow-up on fraud cases occurring in stations</li></ul><p><strong>Your Profile:</strong></p><ul><li>You have at least a Bachelor of Master level of studies and a first experience in customer support.</li><li>You have a very good level of Dutch and English.
