<p><strong>Robert Half </strong>seeking an experienced <strong>FP&A Expert ad interim </strong>(m/f/x) to join our client's team during a critical operational phase. </p><p>Our client is located in Brussels region.</p><p>This is a <strong>hands-on role</strong> with a strong focus on financial planning and operational analysis, ensuring smooth transition into the new fiscal year.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Update yearly targets</strong> and set up new fiscal year reporting, including FX rate updates and reporting horizon adjustments in <strong>Operations Power BI</strong>.</li><li><strong>Design and implement the new fiscal year reporting framework</strong> for Operations & Procurement Excellence savings across all regions, ensuring timely follow-up with regional teams.</li><li><strong>Coordinate functional reviews</strong> until allocation of responsibilities previously managed by the Chief of Staff is clarified.</li><li><strong>Update and harmonize metrics definitions</strong>, potentially aligned with IBP processes.</li><li>Manage <strong>ad hoc tasks</strong>, including functional budget updates and metrics harmonization follow-up.</li></ul><p><strong>Profile:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience in <strong>FP&A and operational finance</strong>.</li><li>Strong analytical and reporting skills, ideally with <strong>Power BI expertise</strong>.</li><li>Ability to work in a <strong>dynamic, changing environment</strong> and deliver under tight deadlines.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in <strong>French & English</strong>.</li><li>Hands-on, proactive, and able to coordinate across multiple regions and functions.</li></ul><p>Interested in this project?
