  • <p><strong>Robert Half Talent Solutions</strong> recherche actuellement un(e)<strong> IFRS &amp; Consolidation Analyst (h/f/x)</strong> pour une fonction permanente basée à <strong>Bruxelles</strong>.</p><p>Notre client est un acteur reconnu du <strong>secteur immobilier</strong>, en pleine évolution, offrant un environnement stimulant et orienté qualité.</p><p><strong>Vos responsabilités</strong></p><p>En tant qu'<strong>IFRS &amp; Consolidation Analyst (h/f/x), </strong>vous :</p><ul><li>Assurez la consolidation des états financiers des filiales immobilières du groupe selon les normes IFRS et Solvency II ;</li><li>Participez activement à l'ensemble du processus de consolidation : collecte des données, contrôles, analyses et validation, en collaboration étroite avec votre équipe ;</li><li>Contribuez à l'amélioration continue des processus, des outils et des méthodes de travail ;</li><li>Apportez un support technique IFRS lors de transactions spécifiques (investissements, désinvestissements, opérations immobilières) ;</li><li>Collaborez étroitement avec les départements opérationnels et supports afin de développer une compréhension approfondie des opérations immobilières et financières du groupe.</li></ul><p><strong>Votre profil</strong></p><ul><li>Master en Économie, Finance, Comptabilité ou équivalent ;</li><li>Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en consolidation IFRS et/ou en audit de comptes consolidés IFRS, avec un réel intérêt pour les problématiques de consolidation ;</li><li>Forte capacité d'analyse comptable et intérêt pour les transactions complexes et les mécanismes financiers ;</li><li>Excellente maîtrise du français et du néerlandais, avec un bon niveau d'anglais ;</li><li>Très bonne maîtrise d'Excel et intérêt marqué pour les outils digitaux.</li></ul><p><strong>Offre</strong></p><ul><li>Une fonction à responsabilité au sein d'un groupe solide et dynamique ;</li><li>Un environnement collaboratif favorisant l'expertise et l'évolution professionnelle ;</li><li>Une rémunération attractive en lien avec votre expérience.</li></ul><p><strong>Intéressé(e)</strong> par cette opportunité ?
