Vous élaborez une proposition de crédit personnalisée et présentez les conclusions de votre analyse au comité de crédit adéquat ;</li><li>La négociation de la proposition de crédit avec le client relève également de votre responsabilité. Pour cela, vous collaborez étroitement avec l'account manager du réseau d'agences ;</li><li>En tant que spécialiste des crédits, vous coachez les account managers. Vous les accompagnez, notamment dans le cadre de la détection des besoins exacts de leurs clients en termes de crédits, dans la sélection et l'introduction des demandes de crédit auprès du département crédit, et dans la communication et l'interprétation des décisions ;</li><li>Vous assurez rigoureusement le suivi des dossiers de crédit en cours et discutez des risques financiers potentiels avec l'account manager en charge de la relation commerciale. You perform the Customer Due Diligence and make recommendations about the acceptability of the customer.</li><li>You submit proposals to the local / international Anti-Money Laundering Officer (AMLO) and (in time) will decide on the acceptance of risks within your own decision authority.</li><li>You contribute to the internal control system by performing the regular controls.</li><li>You are vigilant to operational risks and will contribute to identify and report them to the Operational Risk Manager.</li><li>Besides assessing risks, you will have the opportunity to participate in various internal projects and eventually contribute to the development of policies and procedures.</li></ul><p><strong>Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG)</strong></p><ul><li>You implement and follow-up group ESG Risk Management policies in Benelux.</li><li>You screen (prospect) customer on ESG criteria and escalate files to the group.</li></ul><p>Are you the <strong>Risk Analyst (m/f/x) </strong>we're looking for?</p><ul><li>You have at least a bachelor's degree in an economic field, complemented by additional training in financial topics if possible;</li><li>You have at least 3 years of relevant Credit and Compliance risk analysis experience in the financial sector;</li><li>You have strong analytical skills with a sense of synthesis, an eye for detail and good writing skills.
