Due to changes in the business, they are looking for a Finance Business Partner, with a strong operational bend, to join the team on an initial 4-month contract.</p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>As a Finance Business Partner, you will be reporting to an impressive CFO. You'll act as the finance liaison between operational teams and leadership, providing analytical insights to steer financial decision-making. Your role will involve forecasting, budgeting, performance monitoring, and supporting growth strategies aligned with the company's mission. You will be responsible for the following tasks:</p><ul><li>Compilations of board reports</li><li>Weekly performance meetings with GM's and Regional Managers</li><li>Margin Analysis</li><li>Quarterly forecasting</li><li>Budgeting</li><li>Reporting on complex intercompany transactions</li><li>Investor reporting</li></ul><p><strong>Your profile:</strong></p><p>To be suitable for this role you must be CA or CPA qualified with 5-7 years of experience in commercial industries - manufacturing/construction experience is preferred.
