De organisatie combineert een dynamische, ondernemende werkomgeving met een informele familiecultuur, waar collega's écht betrokken zijn.Jouw Verantwoordelijkheden Als Lead Accounting ben jij de drijvende kracht achter het succesvolle financial accounting team, dat momenteel uit vijf collega's bestaat en verantwoordelijk is voor de administratie van meerdere vennootschappen. Samen zorgen jullie voor een vlekkeloze financiële operatie. In deze rol rapporteer je direct aan de CFO en werk je nauw samen met administratieve teams op verschillende locaties.Dit zijn jouw belangrijkste taken:<ul><li>Leidinggeven aan het accountingteam en hen ondersteunen bij het verzorgen van de administraties (debiteuren, crediteuren, grootboek, lonen, btw e.d.).</li><li>Plannings-, voortgangs- en beoordelingsgesprekken voeren met teamleden.</li><li>Verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor maand- en jaarafsluitingen.</li><li>Het initiëren en implementeren van procesverbeteringen.</li><li>Begeleiden van financiële integratieprocessen bij overnames.</li></ul>Wie ben jij? Jij bent een gedreven, communicatieve en gestructureerde professional die floreert in een dynamische omgeving. Je vindt het uitdagend om financiële structuren neer te zetten en te verbeteren. Bovendien beschik je over:<ul><li>HBO-opleiding in een financiële richting (bijv.
