They play an important role in delivering specialist infrastructure and technical services that help drive the energy transition.</p><p>As the business continues to expand, they are looking for a <strong>Junior Accounts Payable Officer </strong>(m/f/x) to join their finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with early finance experience who wants to grow their career in a dynamic, international environment while contributing to a sector that is shaping the future.</p><p><strong>Tasks and Responsibilities of the Junior Accounts Payable Officer in the area of Schiphol</strong></p><ul><li>Processing, verifying, and posting supplier invoices</li><li>Working closely with internal teams such as Procurement, Warehouse, and Crewing to obtain approvals and documentation</li><li>Preparing and <strong>processing payment runs</strong></li><li>Reconciling the accounts payable sub-ledger with the general ledger</li><li><strong>Handling multi-currency invoices</strong> and international supplier payments</li><li>Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc tasks where needed</li></ul><p><strong>Your Profile</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Bachelor's working and thinking level</strong>, preferably with a finance-related background</li><li>Previous finance / accounting experience</li><li>Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy</li><li>Excellent <strong>English communication skills, both written and spoken</strong></li><li>Experience in renewable energy, offshore, or maritime is a plus, but not essential</li></ul><p><strong>Offer</strong></p><ul><li>Full-time role (40 hours per week)</li><li>Salary between <strong>€2.600 and €3.500</strong> gross per month based on 40 hours</li><li><strong>26 vacation</strong> days on a full-time basis</li><li>Travel allowance</li><li>A collaborative and international working environment</li><li>Opportunities for professional development and career growth</li></ul><p><strong>Interested?</strong></p><p>Are you the Junior Accounts Payable Officer our client in Schiphol is looking for?
