This position also serves as a senior business partner to both local and global stakeholders, helping to ensure financial integrity while supporting operational excellence.Key Responsibilities Accounting<ul><li>Record receivables and payables in Oracle Cloud, ensuring accuracy of accounting parameters such as cost centres, projects, and other relevant dimensions.</li><li>Ensure correct VAT treatment in Oracle.</li><li>Process monthly accruals and manage the specification and closure of the books in line with group principles.</li></ul>Reporting<ul><li>Perform monthly closing activities and complete full reconciliation of ledgers.</li><li>Produce detailed management reports and audit packs.</li><li>Explain financial movements and provide high-level variance analysis.</li><li>Proactively support compliance with group principles, permanent control requirements, and local audit requirements.</li></ul>Cash Management<ul><li>Take ownership of the accounts payable process and cash management activities.</li><li>Process payments and bank statements.</li><li>Monitor outstanding receivables and payables.</li><li>Perform intercompany reconciliations.</li></ul>Collaboration<ul><li>Support financial managers and both internal and external stakeholders in a proactive and independent manner.</li><li>Help ensure the financial integrity of the entity while identifying and driving improvements in operational efficiency.</li></ul>Your Profile We are looking for a finance professional with strong expertise in accounting, reporting, and control.
