- <p>For our client in <strong>Rotterdam </strong>we are looking for an <strong>Interim Recruiter (m/v/x) </strong> for 32-40 hours per week. </p><p> </p><p><strong>Tasks and Responsibilities of the Interim Recruiter in Rotterdam </strong></p><ul><li>Lead and coordinate the complete recruitment process from vacancy intake to successful hire</li><li>Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and advise on recruitment strategies</li><li>Actively source and approach candidates through multiple channels and networks</li><li>Conduct interviews and guide candidates through a smooth and positive recruitment journey</li><li>Build and strengthen the employer brand through recruitment campaigns, events, and partnerships with universities and external organizations</li><li>Support and optimize recruitment systems and career page content</li><li>Analyze recruitment performance and identify opportunities to improve hiring processes and candidate quality</li><li>Work together with international colleagues and external recruitment partners in a collaborative environment</li></ul><p><strong>Your Profile </strong></p><ul><li>Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, </li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Fluency in English; Dutch is considered a plus </li></ul><p><strong>Offer </strong></p><ul><li>A hourly rate of €55-€57,50</li><li>A 3 month assignment</li></ul><p><strong>Interested?</strong></p><p>Are you the Interim Recruiter our client is looking for?
