The Company<ul><li>Our client is a European car manufacturer with operations and vehicle sales in Brazil.</li></ul>Job description <ul><li>Provide day-to-day IT support for internal users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues;</li><li>Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, telephony devices, printers, and accessories;</li><li>Support software deployment and configuration, including Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook, antivirus tools, and Porsche-specific systems;</li><li>Coordinate the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of equipment and digital infrastructure (e.g., access control systems, CCTV, TVs, multimedia devices);</li><li>Ensure efficient communication between the our Client (car industry) team and warehouse via wired/wireless networks and telephony systems;</li><li>Manage vendor relationships (local and international), including contract negotiation and service level monitoring.</li><li>Provide technical support for facilities-related technologies;</li><li>Monitor and support data center components and ensure alignment with industry best practices and compliance standards.</li></ul>Requirement Profile - Knowledge, Skills & Experiences <ul><li>Proven experience in IT support or infrastructure roles;</li><li>Solid understanding of networking protocols and IT security principles;</li><li>Familiarity with vendor management and SLAs;</li><li>Knowledge of data center operations, compliance requirements, and project management methodologies;</li><li>Experience with Microsoft Intune for device management and policy enforcemen;</li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to maintain positive relationships with internal teams and external partners;</li><li>Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken);</li><li>Team-oriented mindset and problem-solving attitude;</li><li>Previous experience working in a large multinational company is essential, especially following guidelines and IT standards set by headquarters in Europe or the United States;</li><li>Availability to work 100% on site is important.</li></ul><img src="https://counter.adcourier.com/dml0b3Iuc2lsdmVyaW8uNjkyMzQuMTA4OTZAcmhpYnIuYXBsaXRyYWsuY29t.gif">
